The Hermosa Co Magnesium Spray 250ml is a transdermal source of magnesium used externally during pregnancy on isolated areas such as your legs, feet and lower back.
This Magnesium Spray can be used daily and is best used after a shower and left on the skin for at least an hour or so after it dries. Magnesium Spray can be sprayed directly on your legs to help treat restless legs, applied to the base of your neck to help ease headaches and sprayed directly on any problem areas to treat general pregnancy related aches and pains.
Magnesium can help our bodies to relax we suggest using our Magnesium Spray on the soles of your feet before you go to bed to help encourage relaxation and a good nights sleep (vital for all expectant Mum’s growing little ones).

How to apply:
Spray liberally over the body for maximum absorption. Avoid contact with sensitive areas and your eyes.
You may experience a tingling sensation where applied, however after used for several days in a row the skin should desensitise and tingling sensation will cease. Magnesium Oil may be left on the skin or rinsed off after 20 minutes. If after several applications the skin is still sensitive dilute the spray with a small amount of pure water.
