Natural Sunscreen For Babies

I for one, love summer days! I'm not a big fan of cold winter days and blasts of heating to warm up the chills so I look forward to Spring and Summer with joy. My hubby is a bit different as he really dislikes Spring, Spring = Hayfever!

But with sunshine, it's time to soak up some much Vitamin D! It's still very important though to be sun wary and although we all need Vitamin D, these should only be saved for certain hours in the days as mentioned in my Slip Slop Slap blog a little while ago.

As a Little Organics mum, I searched for natural sunscreen for babies in my early days. It wasn't hard to find as our lovely stockist Aromababy already carried a Paraben free SPF 30+ Sunscreen for babies. I have had this stocked in Little Organics for a while as I always like to share what I love using and bringing it into the store.

The Aromababy sunscreen has been great and I use it for the entire family. Even the grandparent's get some. It comes in 60ml and has a SPF 30+ reading. The sunscreen contains both Aloe Vera and Vitamin E.

Most recently, Little Innoscents has released it's own range of organic baby sunscreen. The Little Innoscent sunscreen, in a gorgeous peachy tube is 100ml in size and is ample for the whole family. It is a lovely zinc based sunscreen with Aloe Vera as well as calendula with no nano-particles.

It's great that there are more and more choices for us as parents to choose from these days that are better alternatives than many of the mainstream sunscreens on the market.
